Pinewood Health Treatment Room
The treatment room was built in October of 2008 and has been a great extra for our members and our non-members. The treatment room is a nice relaxing environment which is situated in the main corridor of the leisure club. In the treatment room we have two therapists: James and Jacquie.
James
James is one of our Personal Trainers and leisure assistants. He is a fully qualified Sports Therapist and is a member to the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists). The services he offers are:
- Sports Massage
- Swedish Massage
- Nutritional Advice and Programmes
- Postural Assessment
- Injury Rehabilitation
- Personal Training
James – hours of work in the treatment room:
- Monday – By Appointment
- Wednesday – 12.00pm – 7.00pm
- Thursday – 2.00pm-8.00pm
Jacqui
Jacqui is a fully qualified Beauty Therapist and is a member of BABTAC (British Association of Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology).
The services she offers are:
- Facials
- Hair removal treatments using wax or sugar
- Facial peel
- Manicures
- Pedicures
- Reflexology
- Indian Head Massage
- Saint Tropez tan
- Hopi ear candles
- Make-up / cosmetics
Jacqui’s hours of work in the treatment room:
- Tuesday – 2.00pm-5.00pm
- Wednesday – 9.00am-12.00pm
- Thursday – 9.00am-2.00pm
- Friday – All day
