The gym at Pinewood prides itself on its high retention of users. Great emphasis is placed upon designing tailor made exercise programmes to help you achieve your goals and targets.

- Three 1 hour one to one sessions
- Sessions with a qualified instructor to plan your exercise programme fully
- Programmes that work around your lifestyle and complement existing sports activities
Re-assessment of your programme on a regular basis (to keep you motivated)- Additional support if required such as personal training, nutritional advice, rehabilitation, ongoing fitness testing
- Fun activities to give you a variety
- Instructions on hand at all times
What we don’t do…
- We don’t just show you the equipment and leave you to use it (unless you are competent on our equipment)
- We don’t give the same standard programme to everyone (everyone is different)
- We don’t allow you to continuously exercise with poor technique
- We don’t expect you to just exercise indoors as we have a whole range of outdoor activities
- We don’t want you to go after your session.
Stay for a swim, sauna, steam, spa, or even treat yourself to a massage or a beauty treatment.
